Each $25 Tuesday deal can only be redeemed once per person. Additional deals can be purchased as gifts only.
$25 Tuesday deals cannot be combined with any other offer or discount or promotion.
$25 Tuesday deals cannot be exchanged for another $25 Tuesday deals.
It is the users’ responsibility to mention that a $25 Tuesday deal is being used at the time of booking appointment.
The printed $25 Tuesday deal must be presented to the spa at time of appointment.
$25 Tuesday deals expire one year from date of purchase except where otherwise required by law.
$25 Tuesday deal cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. The risk of loss and title for $25 Tuesday deal passes to the purchaser upon receipt by the recipient.
Betty Networks LLC does not guarantee the availability of desired appointment times at the participating spa. The scheduling of the redemption of the $25 Tuesday deal is solely at the participating spa’s discretion.
Betty Networks LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen $25 Tuesday deals.
Betty Networks LLC reserves the right to void any $25 Tuesday deal if fraudulently obtained.
Betty Networks LLC shall not be held liable for the quality of the spa, the spa staff, the services or products at the spa nor for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or other loss in connection with the sale or redemption of the $25 Tuesday deal.
Betty Networks LLC makes no warranties, express or implied with respect to $25 Tuesday deal, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a $25 Tuesday deal is not honored by the participating spa, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such $25 Tuesday deal. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
